Montana & Idaho

After leaving Washington we spent a really fun week in Montana and Idaho. It was Jeremy’s 40th birthday week, and he got to spend it in one of his favorite places.. Glacier National Park. His third visit. Lucky guy. ❤️

LAVA HOT SPRINGS, IDAHO

The name of the town is actually Lava Hot Springs and there are about half a dozen mineral springs to soak in. They vary in temperature, with the hottest one about 110 degrees. So nice to walk over on a summer evening for a soak. For the whole RV trip Jeremy had wanted to visit hot springs, but because of covid it wasn’t really an option. So it was awesome to be able to go to some at the end of the trip during his birthday week! In Lava Hot Springs we also had a blast tubing on the Portneuf River. We will be returning to this place for sure. It’s a great destination for a summer vacation. There is even an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool with water slides.

HEADING HOME

We drove through Utah in a day, north to south.
